Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Optimal Sleep Airway Health. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship our products, how long delivery takes, and what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Where We Ship

We ship physical products within Australia only at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: AUD $10 per order

  • Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise during promotions.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • 3–7 business days within Australia

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

5. Tracking Information

  • If tracking is available, we will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Some small items may ship without tracking depending on the carrier used.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Weather events

  • Courier backlogs

  • Public holidays

We will do our best to assist, but these situations are outside our control.

7. Wrong Address / Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • If the parcel returns to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if damaged)
     We will work with the carrier to help find a solution.

9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If your package is returned to us because:

  • The delivery was refused

  • It was unclaimed

  • The address was incorrect

We can reship it, but additional shipping fees will apply.
